Embassy Suites Tucson - Williams Center - 土桑

It's in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby, some within walking distance like the Olive Garden across the street.

Good location close to restaurants and the hotel is in a nice area of town.

The location is NOT very close to UA which is why we were in Tucson-at least 5 miles away.

We usually stay here the night before an early flight out of TUS even though this hotel is NOT close to the airport.

Switched over to the Embassy from the Amerisuites Airport.

If you have other people staying with you using the sofa bed, they have to walk into your bedroom to use the bathroom and sink.

On the downside, rooms are dated, bathrooms are uncomfortably small, and beds were soft and uncomfortable with older style bedding.

Rooms are nicely decorated, but there were scuff marks all over the walls and the bathrooms have to be the tiniest I've been in - suite hotel or no suite hotel.

The bathroom is TINY with the tub/shower and toilet barely fitting inside.

The bathroom had someone else's "hairs" in the tub and around the toilet.

The checkin gives you cards for breakfast and the host is supposed to check you off when you come into the restaurant for breakfast.

The food was just snacks, certainly not something you could make a meal out of, but I was surprised by the full bar-more than I expected.

The cooked to order breakfast was great both days-omelets with lots of ingredient choices, also pancake, waffles, breakfast meats and cold food too, including nice fresh fruit.

The breakfast was huge and had a great selection.

Breakfast was superb and manager's happy hour were great.

Staff was helpful, the receptionist checked me in was very knowledgeable and rooms were clean and neat.

The service was great and check-in staff was polite and helpful.

Including a relative's home would be free, rooms all open into interior outdoor courtyard and the front desk staff is great - very friendly and accommodating.

Nice pool area with a fountain and cactus garden.

Pool was clean and towels were plentiful.

The pool was very delightful and the whirlpool was very large.

Overall 's a nice place for a reasonable rate, extremely friendly staff and our room was spacious and clean.
