Nice location and a lovely hotel very well located.

The location is good for many things, the hotel is located downtown near a lot of restaurants and the front desk service is excellent.

Excellent location close to all downtown amenitites and the hotel is a nice facility.

Taxi rides are a set $22 fare to and from the airport.

From the airport the cab fare is a flat $22 per cab plus tip.

My king suite (all rooms are suites, technically, as they have a living room area and another separate bedroom area) itself was smaller than most Embassy Suites rooms, but worked just fine for me being there on business.

The room was very well decorated, very very comfy bed, and even an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Having the two rooms was very nice because I had an extra guest and the couch pulled out to a bed in the living room.

The king bedroom had a sink and mirror in it, but a friend told me her two double bed suite did not have the sink in the bedroom.

Suites spacious, although the way it's set up the bath room door must always be closed or you can't walk through from the living room to the bedroom.

Trolleys bar was great for snacks, breakfast was good and pool was nice narrow.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby that you can walk to as well as a good restaurant in the hotel if needed.

Free breakfast in the morning with an omelet bar, cereals, fruits, etc.

We traveled via cab to Timpano one night to hear live music and get dinner, and found that to be a fun, vibrant restaurant/bar scene with very good live music.

The bar is small; the breakfast area is small; the pool is small; the fitness room is small; the business center is small; and on and on.

Great service great location great hospitality clean, a nice hotel and the staff was courteous and helpful.

At the price we paid, the happy hour in the lobby each evening and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

We had room service one night - the staff for got the ice cream for the pie ala mode, but that was quickly corrected.

Most staff were friendly, the check-in process was quick and easy, room service was better than channelside restaurants.

New and beautiful with 2 sets of glass elevators overlooking the river and a really nice "swim spa" (read small pool).

Despite the open layout of the hotel, our room on the 11th floor was absolutely impervious to sound from the open air lobby and elevators.

Moreover starbucks in the lobby is very handy, the housekeeping staff is friendly and the room itself is nice.

In addition our room was clean, the breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean, snacks each afternoon were nice and using the outside rooftop pool was great and warm.

Both double beds were clean, and very comfortable.

Bathroom was very clean and everything worked.

The rooms are very spacious, up to date and clean.
