The staff was incredibly helpful!

The room was well-kept and tastefully decorated with 2 beds, the bed was nice. The hotel was in the central setting to what is normally expected for embassy.

The breakfast here is a good deal - lots of tasty options, and it won't break the bank. 🍳

Our stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton St Louis Airport in Bridgeton was pleasant. The hotel is nicely updated and offered good pricing. It is conveniently located in a nice area close to the guest rooms, A/C units, and Saint Louis International Airport.

The breakfasts here are incredible, with freshly made omelets and a variety of fruits; they offer early check-in and late check-out.

I really enjoyed staying in this idealbrand-new hotel. There was a well-kept room with a reasonably comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast meal was not expensive and above average with the complimentary cocktails and yourself options, as example. The service was good, totally satisfied. Offered a shuttle from airport.

The staff here was super helpful and really professional. They were always ready to assist. And let me tell you, the breakfast spread was awesome! So much delicious food to choose from 😋.

As usual Embassy Suites are clean and give you great breakfast and cocktail hour. The hotel was clean and updated fit exspectations

We traveled all night and I am aware that hotel rooms are usually not available until 3 pm. How ever we were traveling with a 1 year old so we decided to travel through the night while he slept. We arrived at 10:30 am fully aware that there probably would be a room available yet. Upon arriving I spoke with the front deck clerk about our situation and explained that I was checking in and would like the first available room . I need to use the wifi to complete a small presentation for work and she told me that I could not have the code until we checked in and I said gladly i'll check in well we couldn't do that because there where no rooms available after a little conversation about the fact that I will be staying at the hotel wasnt there something she could do finally she gave me the code To make this shorter we needed some special attention do to your arrival time and to put if mildly it seemed that at every need we had it was the biggest problem and that we where treated like a guest until we checked in. i WOULD expected after telling her of our 11 hour long eventful journey that she would of done what ever she could of the make us comfortable until our room was available instead of the opposite She was helpful after I made several suggestions on how she could do better I look at this as a training opportunity for the front staff. They are the first impression of your company and she left a bad one

I loved the breakfast buffet, especially the made-to-order omelets by Donald. The pool was great for my kids, and I appreciated the towels being restocked frequently. a great value for the price.

The staff was very rude, upon arrival I was never greeted,and the was treated like I was bothering her. The female cook at breakfast had the worst attitude ever and the housekeeper made it to our room after 3pm daily.
