  The bed was decent and linens were high quality, the 2 front desk gals were always polite and friendly. The bathroom was very nice and on a positive, the restaurant had good service and good food.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable and soft pillows. The complimentary breakfast was better than i have had in a restraunt.

  The hotel was clean and beautiful, the rooms were large, the bed was comfortable, the front desk was very helpful and friendly, bathroom was a decent size, nicely appointed. The manager's evening reception and the complimentary breakfast were exceptional.

  Quiet rooms and nice breakfasts. Great appy's at the reception and good wine, children attending a huge international soccer tournament.

  We didn't stay long and unhelpful staff. Wet bar and the new furnishings, tiny gym.

  Convenient location for getting around and the staff were extremely helpful in directing us to get into Seattle by bus. The hotel was excellent, service was great and room was clean and well appointed. Some days the bathtub was cleaned, restaurant was good.

  Location was convenient to Seattle without being too far and decor was good as well. Staff service was great and bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

  Great location and beautiful drive over the bridge, over the island, and on to Bellevue. Hotel stuff are very friendly and rooms are clean. Meals are tasteful and tasty.

  Phenomenal customer service is not, the elevators are slow and the stairwells are pretty raunchy.

  Perfect location between microsoft and Seattle, nice hotel, great prices. Very helpful, pleasant staff and quiet rooms. Lots of free food and the front desk also made a good recommendation for dinner. Gym and pool were well equipped and the gym was 24 hour.
