The staff were extremely helpful in directing us to get into Seattle by bus, the location was quiet and the food at the hotel was very nice.
The location is great, the hotel staff is very nice at check-in and their breakfast in the main lobby is good.
Also the bed was great and the breakfast was the best thing there.
Very comfortable bed, awesome breakfast and nice facilities.
The hotel staff was very friendly, the front desk was very helpful in providing pre-printed maps and also the rooms would be better they had two queen beds.
The new bed is great and this “evening snack” couldn’t compare to a light meal.
Large rooms including large bathroom, a free cooked breakfast in the morning.
We did not use room service, but we did eat twice in the hotel restaurant which was surprisingly good.
The Complimentary Breakfast were exceptional.
The breakfast is included and is excellent, which makes it a very good value, especially for a family.

Great stay, accomodating staff and every employee was so helpful.
Also the manager's reception at night is also great and the Embassy Suites continues to be one of the best values around.
