          • This location was perfect, our room was half the rate of a Union Square hotel and i liked the energy overall of the staff as 90% of them gave good eye contact.
          • The hotel setting was lovely, the customer service was great and the room was awesome.
          • Big and comfortable - just we needed after our drive, within walking distance of a charming little village on Grand Ave in SSF, the shuttle from airport was easy.

            For the price and location was a pleasant experience plus the parking was free, other than 2 unfortunate incidents, the hotel was fine, about the only staff that I encountered that was friendly. The room was awesome and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

            The manager was great and helped work out the situation quickly, one of the best hotels Ive stayed in. The staff were all pleasant, beds were comfortable and the food at all the business meetings was excellent. I used the pool was a good size for exercise.

            The hotel setting was lovely and had a walking trail by the bay, the staff were quite helpful without being overbearing. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room had two big screen tvs, the buffet breakfast in the morning was good.
