The hotel is very convenient to downtown, all the staff are nice and all in all for the price of the rooms is a good value for your money.
I was a little disappointed with housekeeping at this location.
Lobby attractive, hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Good location not far off I-64 and the hotel is clean just aged.
Good location not far off I-64 and a great stay for a visit to Richmond King's Dominion.
The location is excellent and the hotel itself is clean.
The rooms have a bedroom( with a lovely comfy bed), small lounge and bathroom.
The hotel check-in was quick and accurate, lobby and facilities are beautiful, room very comfortable (although the bathroom's a bit small, but it's not a major problem because there are sinks in the bedroom and in the living room suite as well).
Comfortable bed, great bath w/ plush towels.
The bed was not the best - but my standards are getting higher with more and more business hotels getting luxury beds and bedding.
The suite was well organized, it even had a door between the "living room" and the bedroom.
A made to order omlette bar and a big variety of other hot items as well as many continental cold breakfast items.
The included breakfast every morning had a wide assortment of food including fruit,pastries/muffins, hot & cold cereal,bacon/sausage, and delicious made-to-order omelets.
There was a happy hour with free drinks early evening which was a nice touch and the breakfast had a good range of hot and cold food.
The free breakfast was great, gym were fine.
They have complimentary hot breakfast and snacks and drinks in the evening.
The front desk and food service staff were excellent.
All the employees were very friendly, and the service at breakfast and at the manager's reception was great.
Pros: Friendly staff, all the way from the front desk attendants to the house keepers.
Very nice lobby, friendly staff and long story short we slipped the maid $5.
The Indoor pool area has a jacuzzi, sauna and excellent fitness center.
Apparantly there was a gym and pool but unfortunately I didn't have time to to visit them.
The pool and gym were fine, exercise equipment very old.
Room was spotless, jacuzzi were clean and the free food was actually good.
The rooms are clean and the free breakfast is absolutey fabulous.

The hotel lobby was clean, the staff was uniformly good and the beds were very comfortable.
The front desk was efficient, the rooms were spacious and clean, the buffet was pretty well picked over.
