Embassy Suites Phoenix - Biltmore - 凤凰城

The location, while basically in the parking lot of a mall, is still good -- there is plenty to do around the neighborhood, and you're close to a lot of what's great about phoenix.

Nice view and hotel has great location - close to mall.

Found the location close to everything the Phoenix area has to offer.

Also, it is just a few minutes from the airport.

Location is convienent to the airport, downtown, shopping, & restruants.

Our room was very spacious, as they are all suites, living room, and bedroom and bathroom.

The staff was fabulous, bed was comfy - room was clean and the breakfast was very impressive.

My room had old outdated furnishing but the bed was new and comfortable.

A great bed and breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful.

The Biltmore shopping area next door offered some nice meals, more modern the hotel had nothing around and onsite Omaha Steak House restaurant had great food.

They serve a free cooked to order breakfast each morning and have free drinks and light happy hour type food in the evening.

The made to order breakfast counter was nice (though a little confusing – no wait staff and food wraps around a corner), but was tasty and a nice place for everyone to meet in the morning.

One night I had to wait especially long for a meal I had ordered from the restaurant to pickup downstairs ( it took them 45 minutes - only should have been 15).

Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I had come to expect large rooms and little service from the brand, but this was not the case; Bellman, knowledgeable front desk staff, a decent gym, and a nice pool were all perks.

The area was very nice, the hotel employees were very courteous and helpful, the front desk staff was always very pleasant.

The business services are convenient and available 24/7 in the lobby and the gym is more extensive than most mid level hotels.

The lobby was nice, the pool just adequate, nothing special.

The pool is nothing too elaborate, but nice.

But they don't offer free wireless, which is odd these days.

I paid for the wireless internet and it keep lousing it's signal.

Clean rooms, free breakfast and the extensive koi ponds to the excellent swimming pool.

Furthermore room was very large and spotless.
