The room was a great size, quiet, and had a comfortable bed, making for a restful night's sleep.

The grounds were kept immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. - Our room was silent, of high standard, and included a shower, plus complimentary snacks. - the location was unbeatable, at a moderate distance from Onessimo Fine Art Gallery.

Excellent sized and silent rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Great pool, parking onsite.

The staff here are extremely friendly, the premium suite is newly updated and peaceful, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food and drinks.

Room was disgusting. Very dirty, dated, could hardly turn around in bathroom. Curtains were torn and frayed, phone did not work, light bulbs out, crumbs on counter in kitchen and bath upon checkin and flying insects in room. Vents in bathroom and bedroom were broken and extremely dirty. Housemaids leaving own personal items in room while cleaning. All of these were reported daily and were not addressed. The last day I went to management and part was taken care of. (Plastic glasses, no silverware, old coffee maker, etc., just extremely disappointing as we stay in Embassy Suites often and have never had anything even close to this.)

The tub seemed clogged up, the water wouldn't go down for a long time.. Flies were on the plates and fruit for breakfast so I got my eggs made fresh and had pancakes...

The property offers high standard and brand-new rooms. My room included complimentary Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and dresser. Superfriendly and fairly friendly staff who cared about me. The breakfast was complimentary with beer and great snacks. Private parking was in a garage, good service.

The first night we pulled down bedding, it was very obvious that the bedding had not been changed from prior guest. The sheets were wrinkled, short dark hair, and fresh blood spots on flat sheet at head of bed. We called and we was brought a duvet and a comforter, no sheets at all, we were tired and slept on top of mattress cover and pillows from couch. If that wasn't bad enough, our air conditioner would not cool down, so the next night we was moved to another room. We never received a call from management to apologize, the maintenance guy was most helpful. Even after all of that, we would still return, we understand things like this occur, but better customer service would have gone a long way!!

Our experience was really nice! The place was great and the rooms were nicely decorated and looked brand new. 🌟 Also, the room had a lovely shower.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Grocery store nearby. The gym was small but clean and adequate.

Location was convenient to a lot of things, but not conducive to walking around or running outside. My refrigerator leaked and I saw a bug scuttle underneath it. The tub was stained, didn't drain well, and was very slippery.

Upgraded suite here comes with all-new stuff like free Wi-Fi, a mini kitchen, and a dresser 💫.
