We booked our hotel through a SeaWorld Vacation package which made the cost of the room a great value.
The hotel was good for me due to the location and the price compared to the host hotels setup by my conference organization.
I contacted the hotel directly and was given a fantastic price of $99 per room per night.
Its a nice hotel, best prices and unos a lovely italian style restaurant.
The Studios figured an offsite close to that location would be better and the hotel also boasted a reasonable sized gift shop.
We're in Orlando a lot and usually stay on Disney property, but since we wanted to do Universal IoA and the Studios figured an offsite close to that location would be better.
A good location i ride17 and clean hotel.
The location on International Drive is excellent, this hotel is by far the best and 1) Embassy Suites are known for their large.
9-10 miles from Orlando International Airport.
The suite was split into an apartment style room with seperate bedroom, bathroom and living room.
The living room has a separate sofa bed, tv, bar, fridge and microwave, and the vanity is separate from the bathroom itself which is nice for families.
Our room had a King Size bed, but I do think they have rooms with 2 doubles (or queens).
We had a seperate sitting room which had a pull down bed and a room with two queen size beds.
The room was a nice sized room, the sofa bed was comfortable for my kids, and a king size bed in the bedroom.
This Convention Center is beautiful with lovely location, landscaping, wonderful lounge, bar, breakfast area.
The bar manager was really nice and the free breakfast was awesome - was very well put together.
Nice breakfast buffet with an omelet bar.
The complimentary breakfast was great and all the staff very friendly in particular Janice and Karen who worked behind the bar at night which served free drink between 5.
The hotel is unique in that the interior looks out into the center of the building, with fountains and clear elevators, view of bar and breakfast area.
At midnight I was calling the front desk again complaining about our room being over looked for maid service.
I have stayed in many an Embassy Suites and this one met my expectations for the size of the room, helpfulness of staff, breakfast options and managers reception (which was even available on the weekend which is rare).
The hotel staff was helpful and courteous, 1: The Customer Service was excellent.
The hotel also boasted a reasonable sized gift shop, fitness suite and swimming pool with spa.
1) Small parking lot - Since Avis has a counter in the lobby and they rent cars from this location, parking is at a premium during high tourist season.
Not much of a pool area but it's close enough to Universal Studios and Wet 'n Wild that you don't have to pay more than $10 for a taxi or shuttle to get there (if you do, bargain with the driver!
I had free wireless internet -- but I'm not sure if that was because I was a hhonors member (I stayed on the 7th floor).
The suite was like new and smelled fresh and clean.
The rooms are really nice and clean, the breakfast is amazing.
Comfortable and the decor was very nice, the personnel were the best I had ever experienced, the room was clean.
Our hotel suite was clean and personnel was exceptionally kind.
