The rooms are spacious and welcoming. The location is fantastic, with Thornton Park and Church Street nearby. Lake Eola is just 700 feet from the hotel.

The location it offers is particularly good, just next door to a lake which was good to stroll round in the evenings, and a nearby park. It has extremely friendly and lovely friendly staff and great services.

Spent here 1 quiet day and would stay here again without hesitation.

This place has a great location, just a short walk to a park and plenty of restaurants and outdoor activities nearby. The staff here are all super friendly and really go out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of. 😊

Very comfortable rooms with lots of space. Free breakfast is always a Plus. Great Friendly Staff! Hotel is convenient to several freeways so it's easy to get where you're going around that part of Florida.

Self Park is pretty inconvenient and really isn't available. You have to use someone else's lot, so you're kind of stuck with the overpriced valet service, $23.95. Although, the Valet's were great and we never had to wait long for our car. Charging for WiFi in this day and age, just doesn't seem right.

The room had a nice seating area and writing desk, which we found really useful, and we also liked having ironing facilities available; the location was ideal, being near bars and a stadium.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and offered a great view.

Only issue I had was a broken ceiling fan.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as the scenic Lake Eola. Also, there is a lovely nearby park that is perfect for relaxing walks.

Early check-in, parking on site. Nicely furnished, modern rooms with a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee/tea makers. Fantastic location short walk to other local bars, the fountain and a lake which was good to stroll round in the evenings.

We had lunch at a stylish restaurant, and the setting was absolutely fantastic.

The room was listed as a two bedroom suite. This was a one bedroom with a sitting room. When we asked the front desk about a two bedroom suite they said it doesn't exist in their hotel. Also, there was a lot of construction making it difficult to get to the hotel.

Clean hotel in a nice building just next door to a lake. Good to stroll round in the evenings and have a drink in one of the bars. Magnificent location with views of the lake. About 5 minutes walk from Farmers' market shopping.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from the Central Business District. I loved the spacious and clean room I booked, it even had a balcony.

I tried for over two months to cancel this reservation. Each time I got a nice response stating they were looking into it but they never got back to me.
