Embassy Suites Niagara Falls - Fallsview - Cataratas do Niágara

Two big whirlpools at the pool and its location next to the managers reception is a bonus.

The location is great, right next to the Casino with a bridge across the road.

This hotel is in the central location of everything, from the haunted houses, to the clubs and most of all the casino (next to the Embassy suites).

To and from the airport we just took at taxi.

There are also a good number of taxi cabs, too.

A vista é fabulosa, os quartos são grandes.

Floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, comfortable king size bed, giant two person Jacuzzi Tub, fridge stocked with beverages if you care to partake (charge to your room), nice bathroom and awesome shower, sitting room with couch, table TV etc.

Our suite had a living room area with a couch, TV, table & desk; a door & small hallway separated it from the bedroom which had a comfortable king sized bed, TV, 2 chairs & table.

The rooms (living room, bathroom, tub area, and bedroom) were immaculate.

The suite had a sitting room, a very large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a kitchenette, wet bar, divided bathroom (one side with a Jacuzzi), and all the amenities.

We booked an all-inclusive package that included shuttle passes, free buffet breakfast (which was very good), $20 canadian for lunch at a restaurant in the hotel, $30 can.

I enjoyed the view from the Keg restaurant, but the breakfast buffet lines were mobbed and the food, although plentiful, was pretty poor overall.

The breakfast is an acceptable standard and we can recommend The Keg restaurant for the food although don't go for a quiet romantic dinner as when we went it was pretty noisy in there - also book as it fills up.

We had the 2 night package which included $40 towards a meal in one of the restaurants, we ate in the Tap overlooking the falls and could not fault either the food or the service.

The wait staff were mostly helpful, but I can tell you that I have never seen a restaurant where the managers were sitting down eating breakfast as the line gets longer and longer.

From the front desk staff to the waiters, attendants and even the brief interaction we had with the valets, we have nothing but good things to say about the service, location and appearance of this hotel.

The elevators were pretty slow but they are intsalling new ones per the sign in the lobby, bese we were there to relax waiting a few minutes for the elevator really wasnt a big deal.

The Fitness Center has three treadmills that overlook the swimming pool (glass closed) along with seated bicycles, a universal gym, and miscellaneous equipment.

A tip: to go up from the 9th floor (pool, manager's reception, breakafast) it is sometimes faster to take an elevator that goes down to the lobby first.

Whether wireless or wired, you had to pay the fee.

High Speed Wireless Internet can be obtained for $12.

They must have renovated the suites since some of the prior entries because we didn't find the carpeting to be worn, and all of our linens were fresh and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable, as was the 2 person jacuzzi.

The room was clean, housekeeping friendly.

The room was as clean as you would hope and the view was as good as advertized.

The pool and hot tubs were clean and large enough for both the kids and the adults to enjoy.
