    Hotel is located in a great location and the rooms are clean.

    My husband and I enjoy staying at Embassy Suties, regardless of which location, we have always been provided with great customer service upon arrival, during our stay, and the breakfast is awesome!

    The location is great and the hotel is very nice.

    The omelete station is a little slow, as the cooks didn't seem to be very enthusiatic.

    You have to grab a plate first, and then put your ingredients in a bowl before going up to the omelete station.

    The rooms are all suites, with the front living area and fold out sofa, phone, dining table, microwave, fridge, sink and bathroom in the front and the bedroom in the back.

    Our hotel room was what we wanted an area for us to visit as a family and the pull out bed for our son was fabulous as well as the private room for my husband and I.

    When we were leaving to go for dinner, I asked at the front desk to have somebody sent to our room to make up the pull out bed.

    The bathroom was nice, although I could hear the next door neighbors for this bathroom and living room (but not the bedroom).

    The breakfast the next morning was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and of course the restaurant was very nice.

    Additionally beds very comfortable, we ended up not eating breakfast because of the terribly long lines.

    The complimentary breakfast had a large variety of food.

    The hotel is in a great area, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

    The morning breakfast was very good, and the afternoon cocktail hour was great way to relax after a long day of shopping or sight seeing.

    The hotel staff was great, the manager's reception at night had hot appetizers and room Service was prompt and efficient.

    Front desk staff and management were very friendly and accomodating.

    Manager's Reception was exceptional and the maids kept everything very clean.

    Staff was friendly and helpful, not always a given in Memphis, where service standards are highly variable.

    Hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and workout room.

    The pool, however, was awful (no fault of the hotel though).

    I stopped counting at 50 KIDS in the pool with no adult supervision!

    The room was very clean and any extras that we needed the housekeeping dept.

    Room was clean and the free cooked-to-order breakfast each morning was awesome.

    The staff is very helpful, the bathrooms seemed to be fairly clean and breakfast could not have been better.

    All rooms have a good view of the beautiful atrium area and this hotel is very nice and clean.

    This hotel is very nice and clean, beds are to die for very comfortable.

      The location is great and the hotel is very nice. Staff is accommodating and one of the best Embasey Suites I have stayed in. Non alchoholic drinks are available free of charge, the gym is wonderful I like new Precor gyms - new cardio equipment.

      Good location downtown, very nice place and many of the corporate bosses live in huge houses in this up. The price was very cheap, the lobby was beautiful and the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were perfect and sauna were kept clean. Breakfast was excellent and check-in was very quick.

      The fitness center was well stocked and the hotel staff were so nice. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating, check-in was very quick, the room was as comfortable as any Embassy property I've ever stayed at. Microwave was also great, the hot tea selection was good.
