Very nice hotel in an excellent location, close to the mall and the airport (not too close to the airport though).

First the positives: highly convenient location to the mall and a good stay.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location, front desk clerks were very welcoming and the hot breakfast was below par compared to of other Embassy Suite.

One, a living room with a mini kitchen and TV and the other a big bedroom.

The rooms were comfortable as well as the beds and pillows.

There were 3 pillows on each bed and extra pillows in a drawer.

The rooms are very worn and the bathroom is nasty and filthy.

Talked to the front desk and manager and they did NOTHING to help me out about the clogged toilets and filthy room.

We stayed on the 3rd floor - very close above the hotel bar and restaurant.

Had a meal from the hotel restaurant, Remingtons.

Added bonuses: free internet, breakfast in the morning is GREAT.

Plus the garden in the middle of the hotel is gorgeous and the cooked to order breakfast.

Furthermore the staff at the bar was very nice.

Offers free cooked-to-order breakfast to hotel guests, very nice service and the manager's cocktail party was excellent.

A managers reception is offered each night.

The staff at the Embassy are professional and check-In Personal war prompt und freundlich.

A private balcony overlooking the city, plus the garden in the middle of the hotel is gorgeous and the lobby bar has one big screen tv as well as a few smaller televisions around the bar for viewing.

The place was perfect and the lobby area was nice.

The price seemed a little high for Mc Allen and the lobby is beautiful.

Housekeeping staff were excellent, the rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was good.

Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good.

The room was clean, the free breakfast in the morning was nice.

The rooms have always been very clean and the grounds are always clean.

Can't complain really about the bathroom, as it was clean and functional.

    The price seemed a little high for Mc Allen and the lobby is beautiful. Some rooms are fine and the breakfasts each morning are delicious. Indoor pool is nice for families.

    Beautiful water fountain, the atrium area is the free complimentary breakfast is served and elegant hotel as you would expect from Embassy Suites. The staff at the Embassy are professional and check-In Personal war prompt und freundlich. The rooms are huge and majestic garden atrium in the middle of all.

    First the positives: highly convenient location to the mall and a good stay. The prices at the Steak House were kind of high and staff was friendly. The beds were excellent, sofa was FIRM - not all that comfortable.

    The fitness center was one of the best I have ever seen, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good.
