Embassy Suites Lubbock - 拉伯克

The location is wonderful, being right across the street from the mall.

The location is great and the hotel is as good of place I've ever stayed in.

Traffic noise from Loop 289 made its way into my room, but the tradeoff is the great location by the mall and several restaurants.

The location is terrific (Lubbock is a very simple city to get around in).

Airport shuttle available (I think free).

A suite with desk, two tvs, a queen sofabed, refrig, coffee maker, microwave, and outstanding quality fixtures is standard in every room whether 1 queen, 2 queen, or 1 king bed.

So we called around and the only place with availability of a suite was Embassy Suites, and the only room available was the Presidential Suite!

Room location was a bit noisy, but the bed was comfortable.

I presume its not distinctive enough a property to qualify for even three, and the bathroom layout is not exceptional - the lavatory was in the bedroom and the bath area itself was small.

The sleeping space has the vanity outside the bathroom and a very comfortable bed.

The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts you can eat with made-to-order omelets, french toast, and waffles.

Internet service is available and free, the breakfast bar is well stocked.

They now have a lobby bar and free Happy Hour (2 hours), the breakfast (included also) is a great buffet plus they will make omelets, waffles, or anything else for you that is not on the buffet.

The complimentary breakfast is better than most restaurants.

The breakfast bar is well stocked with eggs, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereals, donuts, muffins, etc.

The staff: front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, managers, are all exceptional in their interaction with guests.

The staff has been top-notch, the morning breakfast is great, and the Manager's evening reception is appreciated.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the cleaning staff to front desk personnel.

The front desk staff exuded professionalism and friendliness befitting a 5 star hotel.

The rooms have been redone, the greenery has been trimmed, the pool improved, and the lobby area is great.

From the minute I walked into the lobby, I was impressed.

We went to the pool briefly and thought it was nice.

The rooms have always been very well appointed and clean.

The rooms were nice, very clean and roomy as always, but the hotel was just not as bright and airy as I had come to expect from Embassy.
