Excellent Location and the hotel is very nice and clean.
The staff at the Embassy Suites was great, the food good, the room spotless.

We found trash in the trash can from a previous guest, dirty wash cloth on the door knob in the room and hair all over the tub and floor.
The property is relatively new and the rooms are very comfortable, exceptionally clean and the bedding is terrific.
My family's stay at the Embassy was wonderful, the staff was so enthusiastic and helpful, their hot tub was nice- strong jets.
Many restaurants within a 10 minute drive and there is a good steak restaurant right in the hotel (The Ambassador).
The shower was great and breakfast in the morning was fabulous-- the best at any Embassy I'ved stayed at.

Onsite restaurant was very good, the indoor pool was clean and comfortable.
First of all, I have to agree with what other people have written about the lack of concern or service attitude at the front desk.
The housekeeping staff was more in tune with proper hospitality protocol than the front desk.
The beds were comfortable and the manager's reception was great- wonderful drinks.
There was also some socializing taking place with front desk personnel with what appeared to be local friends.
The beautiful atmosphere, large and inviting lobby, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff have become part of my family since I am here more than my own home.
The room was clean and the complimentry breakfast was delicious.
I asked that housekeeping be sent in again to clean the room, it never happened.
