Embassy Suites Kansas City - Plaza - 堪薩斯城

The location of this hotel is good if you want to shop or dine on the Plaza, which is nice, but there are many other hotels nearby.

Underground parking seemed adequate, great location and the hotel was arranged around a large open-air atrium.

The location of the hotel worked well for us, especially with the provided shuttle service.

The front desk is happy to call cabs, the area is very convenient to the airport and hotel may be fine for families.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in, and all in all I thought the rooms were very nice and VERY spacious!

We have stayed at the Embassy suites in Kansas City when we travel with our children, This way they can stay in their own area, a pull-out bed from the couch, with their own t.

Room was a suite but the bathroom was tiny and very crowded.

The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, the two-room suite was pleasant.

The hotel suite was absolutely beautiful, the staff was friendly and our room on the 11th floor had obviously been renovated.

The room was very clean and the breakfast bar was consistently good.

The value is ok if you like to drink for free at the managers' nightly reception and appreciate a big hot breakfast bar with everything plus eggs and omlettes made to order, a little pricey otherwise.

We decided to have a few drinks in the restaurant bar Friday night but cut that short after we were charged $21 for 2 drinks.

We were the only ones in the bar/restaurant and I quickly learned why after getting the ticket.

The breakfast was very good however, you had to look at every dish since many had old food pieces still stuck and I poured coffee one morning and after a sip saw some kind of crud on the inside.

Positives: big pool area; very responsive staff at breakfast, beverage service, and front desk; facilities were in decent shape.

Great service and although pretzels, popcorn and cheap liquor for a manager's reception isnt' worth it to me, the clean and new rooms are.

Free parking, direct route to downtown, great breakfast and not only a cold pool but also a warmer one.

The kids love the glass elevators and the indoor pool.

I chose it because it has a nice pool and common area, complimentary parking and complimentary breakfast, and is less than ten minutes from the convention center.

My only complaint is they charged for the wireless internet.

I could have gotten past that but then the wireless was slow I could not even watch tv online or listen to music it was choppy and stalled.

Additionally room were SPOTLESS, breakfast was good and snacks -- was a great way to relax before dinner.

The suites were great, clean, comfortable.

The place has been kept up pretty well, but a few rough edges here and there (balcony ironware peeling, bathroom door peeling, hallway carpet worn) but clean overall and new plumbing fixtures.
