• The food is good, the pool is OK, the rooms, bar, gym and staff are all good. The free breakfast is quite good and you don't have to sit and wait to be waited on.

  I like the big noisy room most of the time versus the claustrophobic feel of most hotels.

  The first hour was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. They ran out of most food because of the large numbers eating at the same time. We found it humerous that numerous cards, etc in our room claimed that they wanted to do everything to make our stay a great one.

  We told the men that the television did not work and that we asked for a regular coffee package. We had to take the stairs on numerous trips downstairs because the kids attending the convention were playing in the elevators. The hotel staff eventually put up signs by each elevator asking that no more than 8 people be in the elevator at one time. We saw the same group of kids spend 30 minutes in the elevator going up and down and banging on the numbers (glass elevators).

  I've been staying in a lot of Hilton properties of late because my clients like them also and found this particular property to be just as nice as the Embassy Suites in Des Moines, Chicago, Minneapolis and Atlanta I have also stayed at previously, Look, the rooms are always clean, the bedding is comfotable, he shower works, and if you need anything done in the room they send maintenance up right away. No one here is going to dazzle you with wih a 5 star level of service or blow you away with great dishes of yuppy food, but they will make you feel like you're staying with nice people who will do whatever they can to make you stay more comfortable.

  I attended a meeting in KC at the Embassy Suites. Checkin went very smoothly, my suite was very large, clean and comfortable. The managers reception and complimentary breakfast were very nice bonuses! There was a computer available in the lobby which was handy for printing boarding passes etc.

• If you are in need of a convenient, airport location hotel- this is a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the room was spotless, and most importantly, the bed was comfortable.

  C an go to this hotel for our get aways ,the hotel is always clean and the staff are always very friendly. You just cant beat the value that a embassy suites hotel offers. The food is good at the hotel and the rooms are very comfortable. They have a lovely pool/sauna area with a excercise room.

  We booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed about 3-4 months before our wedding. Upon checking in at the hotel late after our wedding reception we were told that they had no non-smoking rooms available. We did not want to spoil our evening so we took our key and went up to our room to check it out. My husband called to complain of the smokey smell and once again asked if there were any non-smoking rooms available (we would have taken one with a smalelr bed even) and the front desk clerk said "NO! At least the breakfast was decent, the chefs were very friendly and the food tasted great. We will never stay at an Embassy Suites again after our sour (and smokey) wedding night experience.

  The staff working these functions were helpful and friendly. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the heating and cooling worked fine.

  The Embassy Suites brand offers a number of above-average amenities to begin with. The breakfast and manager reception were both done very well. If you are staying for a few nights, rent a car to enable getting around. On the plus side, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the National Weather Service training facility where I was attending a meeting. If I return to this area, I might stay next door at the Homewood Suites.

  This is a nice Hotel, standard Embassy Suites with Breakfast Buffet. The indoor pool wasn't crowded and was clean.

  The staff was outstanding in their efficiency and willingness to help. The free breakfast was wonderful - cooked to order. When we asked for snacks later on in the evening at the bar, she found some for us. The rooms all open to a well kept atrium.

  The rooms were large, clean, and welcoming.
