Overall an excellent hotel and friendly too - my home away from home.

Has a great location and the decor was very pleasant.

Our room had been renovated with new art, furniture, bed, etc.

It seemed to be generously sized (bigger than what I remember the Embassy Suites in downtown Indy being) Our room was very clean at check in, but missing all the pillows from both beds.

We like that there was a sink in both the bedroom, living room and bathroom.

The bathroom was tiny, but the rooms were larger than a lot of the other Embassy Suites I've been to which was a bonus.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable; bathroom was clean; shower water pressure is strong.

From the large suite, to the happy hour, the view, the breakfast, the restaurant, the service.

You not only get a full selection of food at breakfast but a full selection of drinks at happy hour.

The moring breakfast by Lassandra is fantastic.

The area around the hotel offers many choices for restaurants.

The cook-to-order breakfast was wonderful.

Service was efficient and friendly, our room had been renovated, free hot breakfast manager's reception was great too.

The surrounding area is nice, this place is great for the price and front desk staff very helpful.

The pool area had nice lounge chairs and there was a sauna and restrooms in the area as well.

Public areas - pool, elevators, breakfast area -- all in major need of deep cleaning!

The hotel is typical Embassy Suites, atrium lobby,glass elevators.

Wireless connection can be flaky at times.

This is important since their wireless network has significant problems.

The hotel itself is very nice, acknowledged us as we passed the Front Desk as well and the rooms are large and clean.

The room was clean and the staff very personable.

Great place to stay, the staff was friendly and the pool rooms were CLEAN.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Additionally clean as most of the Embassy Suites we haved stayed are.

    I like the looks of the hotel and the excellent breakfast.

    The bath room was leaking.

    I love the embassey suites hotels this is the only place I like to stay at. I recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I have never been dissapointed.

    An excellent choice for accommodations on the north side of town and the fitness center is about the size of a walk in closet at best. The breakfast is great-a large part of we like to stay there and the staff is wonderful. Rooms are huge and the curtains offer more than adequate privacy. Check-in to Check out most friendly front desk.

    The elevators are incredibly slow and the pool is pretty small.

    The pool area had nice lounge chairs and staff was very friendly I would stay here again. Lobby was attractive, the front desk people were extremely courteous helpful and the room was hot. Behind the elevator there was a parrot in a large cage there, the breafast bar was excellent and the sleeper sofa was adequate for our 10 year old son. Breakfast was fine.

    A work desk in the living room area was nicely sized and the tropical decor open atrium were beautiful. The interior was very nice, service was fine and the beds were very comfortable. Mini refrigerator were a plus to have as well, the hot food was warm and the pool not huge was big enough for my daughters to have fun in.
