This place had a great location, close to a zoo or animal sanctuary. The breakfast was included in the stay and it was tasty and hot with free drinks like delicious French toast 🥞. The staff here were all excellent, providing top-notch and attentive service.

Unbeatable location to Galleria, in the very very nice area. For shots visit Daily Grill, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel. Spacious bedroom.

The hotel boasts a luxurious feel and is conveniently located near a zoo or animal sanctuary. the spacious room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, a king bed, and a separate bedroom. - Its location near the indoor pond in the foyer adds to the charm of the place.

It was in an awesome location; only a half block from the Galleria. It was also very clean. The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast they offered over the weekend was exceptional. You could get sausage, eggs, bacon or order custom omelets, unlike most continental breakfasts where you get cereal and store-bought baked goods. The staff was very friendly too and had several recommendations on places to visit when we first arrived.

Even though the rooms themselves were nice, the A/C in our room was terrible. We turned it all the way down to 60 and it never felt like it got below 80 the entire time we were there. The hotel was also apparently undergoing renovations or something and their fountain in the atrium was turned off and the swans "Ma" & "Pa" were absent, which was very disappointing to my little boys. Finally, even though the staff was very friendly, they weren't very reliable. The first night we were there, when we went to take showers, I discovered we had no wash clothes...only large towels, so no way to soap up except use our hands. The second evening, before heading up stairs for the night, I stopped by the counter and asked if they could give us some wash clothes. The front desk apologized that we didn't have any and I even heard her radio housekeeping as I walked away, however, no wash clothes ever made it to our room that night. We waited 45 minutes before finally giving up and putting the boys in the shower. I had some small towels from the downstairs pool that we ended up using for wash clothes instead. Technically, the front desk was not at fault...it seems housekeeping needs some work though, as they never brought us wash clothes, even when the front desk asked for them.

The breakfast was good, hot, and free with delicious complimentary drinks and hot dishes. The suite was huge and relaxing, with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

The staff was friendly and allowed me to have a late check out. I loved the endless amount of hot water

This place offers luxurious accommodations and excellent services in a prime location next to the Galleria, with spacious, modern rooms featuring comfortable beds and separate living areas.

Upon arrival our room smelled strongly of natural gas. The bellman called the front desk and was told there were no rooms available. We were unable to stay in the room due to the very strong gas odor. We called the desk and were moved to another room. Neither the phone nor heater were working in this second room. A repair person made necessary repairs. We requested extra pillows. After calling twice without receiving pillows we gave up.

Staff here were super friendly and really paid attention to us! 🌟
