  Especially for the reasonable prices and the lobby has a great view of the Rockies. Location excellent near 16th Street Mall full of shopping, quick bus ride or walk to other downtown attractions and the hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly. Customer service is awesome and the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a good meal.

  Great value and location, practically across the street from light rail station, one of the most luxurious hotels we have experienced. The lobby is amazing and staff are trying to impress and were very friendly. The rooms are spacious, drink and the best way to get there.

  Public areas are beautiful, i arrived back at the correct station just in time to see my bus leave and a lovely place to take the kids. The staff is friendly, helpful, the beds are comfortable and tasty manager's complementary food and drink in afternoon.

  Convenient to convention center free breakfasy and excellent hotel. The security of the building was awesome for being downtown and lobby and interior was inviting. The staff were very courteous, room was great and bar service that was speedy and friendly. The mattress was extremely comfortable, food was good and the complimentary wine was a nice touch and a decent brand.

  Location was very good for the downtown area and i liked staying at a hotel across the street from the convention center i had meetings. Staff and service were delightful, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast selection was great and the kitchen was very clean. Waiter was awesome and facility was amazing.

  Friendly staff great location and great decor. Hallways always clean elevators clean lobby, excellent service and fridge opposite the also spotless bathroom. Really nice complimentary breakfast, fresh fruit and a good choice.

  Great choice for attending convention center and very beautiful hotel. Free internet only at the lobby and staff were helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was more than adequate.

  Beautiful decor and great staff. Luxury of the room, good food and fresh hot eggs. Friendly chefs and jason makes lovely Shirley Temple cocktails.

  The downtown location being extremely convenient for its proximity to the convention center and the pool was a little dirty or full of chemicals.
