The location was great for us because we had a 26 foot U-Haul towing a car.
Rate for room was very good considering location and the hotel was clean.
It is in an interesting location, nothing really around it.
You're right in the middle of an industrial park northeast of the old Stapleton Airport and there is nothing in the area except warehouses and businesses.
The living room was very roomy, and the bedroom with the 2 double beds was a large room, although the bathroom could have been made bigger.
AT AMERI SUITES DOWN THE BLOCK WHICH WAS A GREAT clean room and bed bug free!
There were no sheets, blankets or pillowcases for the sofa bed, and in the bedroom there was a half full water bottle on the night table behind the lamp.
At 3am after sitting in the chair at the desk and contimplating about going to the front desk, I began moving both matresses on the beds and in between the mattress and boxspring I found dead bed bug carcasses and egg sacks.
When we walked into the room it had a pungent sweet odor--- little did I know that the smell was being emitted by bed bugs who would soon bite me as I hopped into bed after a long drive in the pouring rain from Northern Colorado!
Had to drive less than 5 minutes for restaurants.
The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, bedding were nice and clean, breakfast was very good.
The breakfast in the morning was amazing.
No close in shopping or restaurants so be prepared to eat at the hotel or get a good map if you're not familiar with the area.
The breakfast is great -- they offer everthing from low fat yogurt and fruit (when I want to be good!
The managers reception was good and the Wi-Fi access was excellent.
After a long drive we arrived at the hotel and aLL of the staff are friendly.
Furthermore the staff was amazing and check-in was fast and easy.

The pool area was surprisingly nice and this hotel was the best.

The lobby and courtyard areas are beautiful.
