Good location and suggested a great mexican restaurant nearby.

A great location and this place is a very nice hotel.

I can always count on them for a clean, nicely decorated location with a friendly staff.

I-25 and the airport was eventually closed for a day and a half.

They have an omelet station where chefs cook your omelet to order, fresh bacon, sausage and potatoes are also offered at the omelet station.

Only minus would be the beautiful marbled bathroom was small with no room to move about without bumping into something (ie, toilet, sink, tub).

The rooms - While the rooms are suites, which offers a living room, bar area, and a nice size bedroom, they were just a touch outdated.

Every suite has a real door between two rooms, and each room has its own TV with AV inputs.

The TV in the main rom was an old counsole type of TV that was not very sharp and the TV in the bedroom was quite small and did not pull out so the far bed could see it easily.

The bedroom area was nice and large, but the King bed was uncomfortable and felt "old.

In addition, they have updated many aspects of the public areas, like nice leather couches and chairs to lounge in, a very nice bar/ restaurant where you can get a meal or a drink (we didn't have the opportunity to eat there, however).

Suites are well appointed and a very nice bar/ restaurant you can get a meal or a drink.

In the evenings from about 5:00-7:00 they served complimentary drinks at the bar with pretzels/chips and in the morning we had a free HOT breakfast.

Although we did not use it, they also had an indoor pool and the entire lobby and restaurant/bar area was like a giant atrium -really nice.

In the morning, I went down to the atrium restaurant for the complimentary full breakfast.

The location was convenient to the meetings I was attending, hotel staff was courteous to get changed for us within 5 minutes and the manager's reception was nice.

Since many family members and guests were flying in for the wedding, guest services and the wedding coodinator helped us with all the details--from block reservations to all the items for the wedding and reception.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Luxury abounds in this hotel, the front desk staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

There are plenty of elevators to get to the room from the lobby or the pool.

Maui (unfortunately now turned into timeshares) and disappointing ones such as Flagstaff, Arizona, where we were stuck in a smoking room after making a specific non-smoking reservation and the pool and spa were closed.

The pool is fantastic for that afternoon refresher, and a great work out in their new state of the art fitness facility, every piece of equipment has tv's on them, I have only seen that in Ritz Carltons - what a difference!

Our room was relatively clean and the food was tasty.

The staff was friendly and the room itself was clean.

The interior atrium is very nicely landscaped, and our room was clean and roomy.

The rooms were very clean and spacious for families.

The hotel was beautiful, the front desk was very nice and my suite was indeed new and fresh.
