Good location, good rooms and beds

It was 40°c and the pool was under re-construction !! According to them it was highlighted on the their internet page. We booked via Booked.net and nobody mentioned that the pool in not in use!!!!! No alternative in terms of pool use was offered and they blamed Booked.net of not communicated properly !!

the staff were excellent. so helpful! best customer service ever at any hotel i've ever been too. they helped me and my family with anything we needed. i cant say enough.the suite was great and affordable. neighborhood not the greatest, but lots of police presence so no worries. i felt safe. not terrible walk to harbor in warmer weather, but it was a solid 8 blocks, up slight hill on way back to hotel. resteraunt and deli were good.

i didnt like that the shuttle they advertised as being available was hardley ever available and also advertised was a pool~ which was actually closed (during the summer and should have been noted on website that pool was unavailable) . the 2 main reasons i chose the hotel was for pool and shuttle service! if you are banking on shuttle service, dont. unless you are a patient of john hopkins (which get priority).

We got a really good price on the room. If I had paid full price I would be even more upset with the facility. I would not recommend this location.

Our room had a strong smell of smoke (yuck) and it took about 5 minutes before hot water ran in the tub and or shower!

My husband and I wanted to comment that everyone was so helpful. My husband is in a wheelchair and I asked for help with it to get it out of the car and they were all so very helpful. Everyone was very helpful!!

The only complaint we had was in our bathroom the tiles in the tub were moldy other than that nothing.

The Grand Historic Venue - the converted Masonic temple - is a kind of magnificence that no modern hotel can compare with. The Tremont is truly unique. Also the bed and the bed linen were superb. We stayed recently at the Inn at Little Washington, where cost is no object, and the sheets at the Tremont were as sumptuous.

It was clean, the suites are roomy, the beds are comfortable and it's up to date. There us a deli right downstairs so you can grab some food for the room.

The front desk and bell staff when I checked in were very competent and friendly. I was able to check in right as I arrived. My last day it seemed that the front desk person was a little flustered and the bell staff was not well directed. Getting a cab was a little frustrating and the rules on using the shuttle were not particularly clear. Over all I loved the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baltimore. I plan to when I have my next trip to the area.

Location to hospital was good but there was very little furniture and breakfast was without needed condiments such as butter for the croissants.

I booked a three day weekend at a bed and breakfast in the city as part of my son and new daughter's wedding present. It was a nightmare the day before the wedding. Dirty, run down, tears, crying, etc. The morning of the wedding I went on line and found the Tremont and was able to book last minute for a reasonable price. When my kids got to the room they told me that this hotel made up for the night before 10 times over. The suite was perfect. Everything about the stay was perfect! Thank you, thank you thank you for making there mini honeymoon awesome!!!

There was nothing that was wrong... Everything was right!!!

Everything was very nice....soft linens, thick fluffy towels, clean rooms, well-appointed kitchen, friendly staff, really nice deli, and roomy suites. Would definitely return.

I realize this was unavoidable, but the elevators were heard in the rooms.

This is a beautiful hotel. My sister and I stayed only one night as we were picking up a surgery patient at Johns Hopkins Hospital to take her back home to Nebraska. The hotel was beautiful, good location, quiet, spacious room, immaculate with gracious helpful staff. I would definitely come back to this hotel and spend leisure time in the city of Baltimore. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The price was also amazing. Thank you for your wonderful service and staff. Shirley Loy

there was absolutely nothing I would complain about. It was great.
