The location is marvellous and decent as it's next to surronding areas, and TO AUSTIN. Papadeaux, where you can eat dinner, is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The property serves delicious breakfasts with a chef who makes custom orders.

My stay was very enjoyable for the price. In general the staff were attentive and accommodating. Its favourable, central location was a plus. North Loop district was worth visiting.

Great location right off I-35, making it easy to get around. Conveniently close to the airport, downtown, and nearby attractions like Embassy's and caves. The Queen suite was in good condition.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this branded hotel. The room was good-sized and brand-new, featured a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and coffee/tea making facilities. A bathtub in the spacious bathroom was super awesome.

Location was convenient to the highway.

Our room wasn't ready once we arrived, so they offered us an accessible room. The shower was small, the A/C was awful. We complained and management told us they reset the whole A/C system, but it never cooled. Our refrigerator was frozen, so we had to call for that. The parking lot is full of birds, so be prepared to run your car through a car wash once you leave. The breakfast buffet was a disaster and unorganized. Flies were all around the tables. I had reserved the same hotel for an event in November, but I have canceled it and booked somewhere else. Our stay was a disappointment giving that we stay at the Embassy Suites all over and never experienced all of these inconveniences.

This place is in a great location for visiting colleges and spending time with family; it’s really nice here.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating. the rooms are beautifully maintained and well-kept. - the breakfast is good and hot, the staff keeps it stocked and exceptionally clean. - the hotel provides an outstanding service.

The food, the atmosphere, the room. Everything was great during my overnight stay.

I was overcharged on the bill. I e mailed the price I agreed to when I booked the room but I was charged more when I checked out but I did not notice until I returned. I sent an e-mail but I have not recieved a response.

The room was in great shape and my bed felt like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were super friendly and polite.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the clean and spacious room, especially the comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel for its great amenities and convenient location.

The Embassy Suites is a good value, the amenities and service are top notch.

The only issue was at check in there was only one clerk at the desk, and we had to wait for her to finish with another guest on the phone.
