Embassy Suites Austin - Arboretum - 奧斯汀

Good location, close to restaurants and shopping.

The location is fantastic if you are doing anything in Northwest Austin.

Our room location was perfect, the entire atmosphere of this hotel did not make for an enjoyable stay and the good : One member of the front desk was particularly friendly.

The staff is excellent, amenities cannot be beat, and the location is great if you want to do any shopping at all (and I do often!

Rooms are large enough as a suite, beds are very good, the free breakfasts are also very good.

The rooms were small, but I love the Embassy Suite layout of two rooms and 2 TV's.

They have a phone in the bathroom next to the toilet (how convenient).

The bedroom area had another tv, plenty of storage and the beds were just wonderful!

Microwave for some late night snacking - the master bed was awesome, the heated pool was too cold for my kids.

Extra large room, restaurants: The Italian restaurant next door is good.

They also have a bar and restaurant that serves dinner (including room service).

Restaurants: The Italian restaurant next door ( Bucca de Beppo) is good and fun for a small group.

The hotel is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, a Whole Foods Market (where you can stock up on food that you can cook in your suite, which has a refrigerator and microwave), and.

Employee turnover here is so high that every time you go back (which may be as little as two weeks later) there's a whole new front desk staff still "in training" so expect slow service.

The front-desk staff are all young but extremely polite and efficient, and the management puts a high emphasis on good service.

The swimming pool is pretty small and although the gym equipment is of a good quality , there are only 5 pieces, thus it fills up fast.

The lobby decor is highlighted by the swans floating in their tiny little pool, many fake potted trees scattered about, and lots and lots of plastic plants (including many hanging down from the rafters above).

Unlike many hotels it is easy to get to from all directions and plenty of self parking (good if you're driving around town.

However, they do offer free high-speed internet (wired) for Honors members which was a very nice perk.

However, I usually give up using this connection and instead opt to use my Verizon Wireless Internet card instead.

Great Stay, the management puts a high emphasis on good service and bathroom was clean and tidy.

Stephanie at the front desk was especially helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is great and the exercise room is large, clean and has modern cardio equipment.
