  Near the City Center and good bed good access to Van Ness buses. Neighborhood surrounding the hotel is one of the worst in san, the lobby needs to be decluttered repainted in simple period colors and staff is extremely professional and courteous. I hung the please clean my room now sign on my door" and the current owners have done an excellent job of refurbishing.

  The location was convenient and the room was big, clean and quiet overlooking the street. This hotel privets a complimentery breakfast and in the past was quite nice, for the price we paid that's we were expecting. The staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable and sanitary facilities were in great need of updating.

  The staff were very knowledgeable about the city and extremely polite, free secure parking in the Downtown was a big draw to this place. The room was very clean.

  Not conducive to a pleasant stay, great building and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was large, towels were clean and free continental breakfast was nice.

  Good value for the money and nice service. The bed is very big.

  The surroundings are badly frequented, the front desk staff are not knowledgeable about the distances and the building does not appear well maintained. The elevator smells of old beer and is quite filthy.

  Would i stay here for a romantic getaway, the staff were very nice and helpful, the room we stayed in did not use the avaiLable space well. Sheets were clean.
