The hotel was in a marvellous location, near the city centre.

The employees were incredibly warm and helpful, always with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond. The location and view of the famous street were excellent. The price was amazing, the rooms were comfortable with a good city view, and the hotel was conveniently located near the subway and other amenities. The staff was supportive and accommodated our needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provided free WiFi and a peaceful working environment. The breakfast was average but the overall experience was mind-blowing and exceeded expectations.

I came to Buenos Aires for overnight stay - everything was great. The room was spacious with bathtub and my experience was really comfortable. The staff was really kind and welcoming, they were always available. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, a grand theater was relatively near the hotel. The property was set in a downtown area. It was located close to the a bus stop. I enjoyed to be in this place.

The staff was excellent, specially Jorge and Carlos: very nicel! The breakfast is ok! And the Hotel location is very good!
On the first night, they sent me to Impala Hotel (which belongs to the same group), and I had a terrible night because of the street noise and bad mattress. Then, I asked to move to Embajador Hotel (where my reservation was done!).

I recently stayed at the Embajador hotel in Buenos Aires for a week-long vacation. The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of Av 9 de Julio and the Obelisk. There was also a fantastic restaurant called Santos Manjares just a stone's throw away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Another highlight was the comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to major neighborhoods and attractions, all within a short walk or subway ride. The breakfast options were delicious as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for a business forum and was impressed with the amenities it provided. The restaurant, bar, 24-hour reception, business center, meeting rooms, 24-hour room service. The coffee shop/cafe was a convenient spot for quick meetings, and the available iron/ironing board came in handy. the hotel amenities met all my business needs.
The one service that I missed for work was a dedicated workspace or coworking area. While the hotel had excellent meeting rooms, I would have appreciated a separate area where I could focus and work on my laptop.

Our stay was wonderful. We arrives a day late and were told that maybe you could refund some of the money for that night. <My husband is a police officer and he was called into work and we had to miss the place. We had to reschedlue our plane as well, a nightmare and $4000 had to be paid for the new tickets, The room had a fabulous huge patio and there was no carpeting ( which is important for me) and the price was excellent and the staff was wonderful. In fact, I wish that we were staying there when we come back to Buenos Aries on December 10th for 5 days, but sadly, we booked another hotel with you for 5 days. It is much more expensive and does not have the patio!!!! I am very sorry about this and had I known, I would have only stayed at the first hotel. The second one is called Ayres de Libertad. They are a few blocks away from each other. Also, this hotel faced the main road, the other a side street. The other does have a small pool and a tiny, tiny, gym and a kitchen, which will be nice. Thank you, Marsha & Arek Tarih

The breakfast offered was convenient and allowed me to start my day with energy. The location was perfect, right next to the metro so I could easily move around the city and close to many attractions. there was a great variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. Lastly, the air conditioning was pleasantly cool on hot days.
The room was quite small and basic, lacking some amenities I am used to. The noise level outside was sometimes quite high making it difficult to sleep.
