The facilities and the design of the room were excellent-including an iron and board! Very quiet and comfortable. The location was ideal for restaurants and many of the tourist attractions.

          The location was fantastic.

Staff very Unhelpful and give incorrect information. Also the website offers deals on Parking in the fleet street carpark which is untrue. We were told by staff this would be 7euro overnight when infact it was 18euro I am very disappointed and will never stay again because of this.

the location is excellent if you are young and into nightclubs.

Curtains were half on, as were lampshades. Rusty bathroom. We had pre-ordered a specific bottle of wine and on arrival they had given us the wrong bottle and said they had run out. I'd say the guest house is grand if you are with a group of friends who aren't fussy and just want to be near the night life. Definitely wouldn't recommend for couples.

The Location was excellent.. right in the middle of everything. Although I thought the noise would be a problem it didn't bother us. The Italian restaurant underneath was yummy and the staff were nice, especially the blonde girl who was very nice and helpful. Also the wifi was speedy so that was a plus too.

The rooms were very dated and cheaply furnished and quite grubby. Certainly not luxury but did us fine as we didn't spend much time in the room. The milk in the little pouches (for tea/coffe) was actually gone off so tea and coffee wasn't an option. There was no one at reception as the staff work in the Italian restaurant downstairs and we didn't want to be bothering them. We paid €179 and was extremely overpriced for the standard we received.

Excellent Irish breakfast and very pleasant staff.

Very noisy both from inside with doors on the landing banging all hours and outside from being right in Temple Bar so lots of yahooing and traffic noise. Room very compact and shower had lots of silicone gone black with mould. This feature seems to be more and more common in hotels these days. Hairdryer cut out after a minute and bathroom floor was very slippery and deadly when you step out of the shower onto a bathmat,

The fantastic location... right next to everything. Also the view from our room overlooking the city was amazing!

It is conveniently located because it was only a few minutes to the commercial area. The staff was good to us.

It may not be the lodge's fault, but one guidebook said that there was a bathtub in the room, but there wasn't.

We arrived at 8am on a bright but cold Saturday morning and to our delight the room was available for us. This guest house is small with very friendly staff, but the location is excellent especially if you enjoy the bars in the Temple bar area.
