      Hotel staff were prompt in getting my suitcase to my room, reception was friendly and helpful, the bed was just wonderful.

      Friendly and helpful staff, good beds, connects on to a busy English pub for cheap and quick food.

      Hotel looks a little outdated and that wasnt stated on the website, also the limited parking facilities werent mentioned.

      Breakfast was not served at the usual place, as the elevators were too narrow to fit the baby carriage one had to leave at the reception.

      Fine sites in the naberhood and five minute walk from central station. One of the oldest hotels in Sweden being used as a hotel, the building itself is impressive and the personnel is extremely helpful. The room is wery nice and bar had a cool feel to as well. Breakfast is very good.

      Near city and the regional museum, great locations, very nice hotel right by the river. Restful home to come back to, service wad good and after this correction, the bathroom is perfect.

      Excelent location just by the river and nice setting. Historic building and staff friendly. Very comfortable room and bed, especially liked being attached to the "Bishops Finger" bar, huge pillows. Very helpful finding restaurants, good facilities.
