Really good overall experience. Extremely comfy bed in the premium king room, plus a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe, and central heating. Incredibly beautiful urban views. Especially helpful staff with knowledge of the place. The top and peaceful location for the price, close to the ski lift, the main cable car and one of the best hotels in Austria. Also, the next stop is penken. Private parking onsite provided.

The room was great-sized and well-stocked and the staff very attentive. The service was marvellous and the food was superb.

The hotel was well-run and truly exceptional, the staff were attentive. Greatly enjoyed the location lovely to see the owners helping out in the restaurant. What's more, it was just off mayrhofen, one of the best hotels in Austria and Penken gondola. A huge variety of food for breakfast, everything was tasty. Our xmas was luxurious, can't wait to go back...

every employee we encountered was very attentive. the hotel was close to the penkenbahn and ahorn cable cars, the main gondolas of peneken and ahorn and one of the best hotels in austria thanks to its beautiful location. ate at la taberna del toro, it's at a medium distance from the venue.

This hotel is stunning, with lovely rooms and a beautiful spa. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The dining area accommodated my dog. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with modern rooms and a spacious pool area. The recent upgrade blends traditional and modern design seamlessly.

The welcome on arrival was fantastic a glass of champagne and our bags taken to the room while we relaxed perfect !The food was wonderful and always a varied5 course menu each evening and the snacks between 3-5 pm were wonderful too. Atilla our waiter for the week was the a top professional Thank you Atilla !

Avery small item regarding the charging of tea and coffee during snack time, I would have preferred if it had beenincluded in room rate, it just appeared unhospitable, but that is only a small thing every thing else was fantastic

Reasonably clean pleasant accommodation with beautiful location in the immediate centre-so quiet and amazingly friendly staff. Location really close to the shops & restaurants, the glacier, and the very scenic Ziller valley. New-fashioned room and lovely view of the mountains. Comprehensive breakfast, a great selection of meals. Impeccable service overall and parking on site. A great spa and an infra-red cabin were at disposal too.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a fantastic room and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the mountains and the staff treated us with utmost care and kindness.

The food for breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive with plenty of outstanding coffee, cereal, cakes, fruit and cheese. The location was top to both gondola's. Besides, we were close enough to the train station, the centre of the town, and the bus stops, the train station, and the Penkenbahn and Ahorn cable cars.

The breakfast spread was out of this world, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main ski lift. The spa area was spacious and offered a great selection of treatments. The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the ski lifts and the town center. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The spa is fantastic with a beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub. The food is also delicious, with a great selection at breakfast and a six-course meal every evening. I also enjoyed the bar area, where the friendly staff made great cocktails.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike about my stay at this hotel. If I had to choose something, I would say that the towels could have been a bit bigger and fluffier.
