  Fantastic Hotel, 100 meters from main street ( "Florida") fantastic staff. 2 balconies, sitting room, meeting room, king size bed, fridge etc etc) I only had to pay about $ 20 USD extra.

• Not knowing a thing about Buenos Aires hotels, I went with one that boasted a good location at a reasonable price. What I didn't expect was that the service and attitude of the hotel staff would be so very accomodating and pleasant. The rooms were clean and big enough with a nice bathroom. The really nice thing was after our cruise, when even though we were leaving that evening, they gladly watched our bags at no charge and even arranged a taxi service to the airport. The staff at the Hotel Elevage-along with all of Buenos Aires-left me with a very pleasant taste in my mouth and I can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone.

  Nice hotel close to the main shopping area. Rooms and decoration in general is a bit dated but service was good.

  Location is fairly good but our room was smelly, small, and carpet stained. We complained but hotel apparently was full for two nights we stayed and could not transfer us to another room.

  We stayed on two separate occasions at the start and end of our organised tour and both times the carpets were so dirty and heavily stained in our bedroom that they felt sticky to walk on. Bathrooms were tired and past their sell by date. They actually ran out of food and we did not get more than a small and stale croissant for breakfast on the last morning. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful but porters were very disorganised.

  The rooms are fine and the food more than acceptable. This is not a fine hotel with a great variety of food, nor amenities.

  Good location, quiet even though it is in the middle of the city. The staff were very helpful and were able to speak in English. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service in the bar and restaurant were very good.

  The location is perfect for visiting Buenos Aires. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and have quality bathroom amenities. The restaurant provides good service and decent food. There is a well-maintained swimming pool area.

  Walking distance to Puerto Madero, but taxi's are plentiful , so everything is close.
