We were given a king room with a decent size bathroom, rear facilities, as example. The entire staff was always available and reasonably good and attentive.

The suite is well furnished and has climate control, a private safe, and ironing facilities.

It's a well-maintained and exceptionally comfortable hotel. It has attentive staff. The location is very central.

I chose Elaf Al Mashaer Hotel Makkah due to its proximity to the holy mosque, and I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of Asian cuisine and more at the two onsite restaurants. The coffee shop/cafe and 24-hour room service were also convenient features that enhanced my stay.

Tidy accommodation, very professional and competent staff with other receptionist. Location - the best, right by Haramain or Jeddah airport, restaurants, and Mecca.

The staff helped us with baggage. The room was twin, and we had a wonderful view of the city.

Nice location for Mecca, very close to Abraj tower and all taxis and other vehicle have to make a U Turn and all pilgrimages' activities in Mecca.

It is a recently renovated property located in Ajyad district short walk to Jeddah airport, and a nearby market. Make sure you stay in the a twin room with haram view, toiletries, almost 1 mr bathroom. The staff at Bell Desk. The hotel has a central location very close to the mosque.

New-fashioned room, exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Marvellous and brilliant location, pretty comfortable area.

This was a very good stay with excellent customer service. Greatly enjoyed our rooms for three bedrooms. The staff was always available, we had good communication. The hotel's location was unbeatable, short walk to Grand Mosque and nearest food outlets. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Al Shorfa, ate there once or twice.

The location was perfect for exploring this shopping area, so close to Abraj tower, the Grand Mosque and market. The room was well furnished with enough space for storage, the breakfast was great.

The place was fairly clean and wonderful, had amazingly helpful staff at Bell Desk. The location was nice because it was right by restaurants, the tunnel, and shops are. Had tea and goodies at Zamzam Lobby Lounge, nestled 2 km of the hotel.

True 5-star experience, good service. Particularly good location near the holy mosque.

Overall it was an amazing stay with excellent customer service.
