Lovely old building. Clean rooms with good facilities and good shower. (I stayed in a private double). Amazing wine tasting and bbq dinner. Friendly helpful staff. Great location near to town, cafes and restaurants.
Room was very small. Communal kitchen could have been cleaner. The dorm rooms looked very dark and cramped.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a central location. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The communal areas were spacious and inviting, and the showers were always warm. The lockers provided an added sense of security.
No major issues, just a bit of noise from outside.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel in a vibrant location! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the common areas were fantastic - we stayed up until 2AM hanging out in the neat courtyard and comfortable lounge. The location was unbeatable, as we were near everything in downtown and the attractions were a short walk away. the prices for the basic amenities were highly comparable to the supermarket down the street, which was a great perk.
The showers could use some improvement and were not always working efficiently.

We recently stayed at a hostel in Uruguay for our romantic escape, and there were several things that we really enjoyed. the room was cozy and nicely decorated, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hostel offered complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start our day. the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the main attractions and restaurants of the city.
There were a few things that we didn't love about our stay at the hostel. The room could have been a bit cleaner, and the noise from outside did make it difficult to sleep at times.

Spent a great New Year's Eve at a hostel in Montevideo. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance. The hostel had a beautiful courtyard with a bar, where the staff threw a great NYE party with live music and DJs. Met some really interesting people there, all ages and nationalities, including locals who joined the party. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us great tips for exploring the city. The dorms were surprisingly spacious and had high ceilings, which made them feel airy and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but filling, with coffee, bread, and fruit.
That some of the rooms had a moldy smell, which was a bit unpleasant. , if you're a light sleeper, try to book a private room or bring earplugs, as the music in the courtyard can go on until late at night.

I loved staying at this hostel! The staff was incredibly warm and generous and made me feel like family. The hotel facilities were the best - the courtyard and kitchen were fabulous! The location was great since it was very close to tourist spots to visit in this city. Also, the clean and spacious rooms were right next to the common area and offered great breakfast. great cost-benefit deal with wonderful staff.
Nothing everything was great!
