We loved the perfect location close to everything, be it the beach or restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were also great, with multiple swimming pools and a variety of food choices for breakfast. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful.

The staff at the Rondo were absolutely incredible. Anything we needed was taken care of. We asked for more pillows and they were sent to our room in minutes. The room was huge with loads of space and always kept very clean. The location can't be beat as were only 5 minutes from the Yumbo. The dinner buffet always featured a varied selection of choices. The pool area is perfect for a break from the beach. It's very private with loads of seating and a small bar. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds in Playa hotels tend to be pretty rotten - the Rondo beds were the best I've used so far in all my stays however I will say that the mattresses are very firm and it took 2 days to get used to. The kitchenette has the bare minimum so if you are looking for a kitchen that is fully stocked then you may be disappointed (but with the buffet and the restaurant choices around, you may not need a fully stocked kitchenette). There was a lot of construction going on where our room faced at the Mirador Bungalows. Lots of jackhammering. You may want to request a room overlooking the pool for the next few weeks as they start at 8:30 am and continue all day long til about 6pm.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, there was a bus available for the custoemers of the hotel that took us to the beach, both in Playa del Ingles and in Maspalomas (which is better).

We booked the room with half-board and the food was very bad for mediteranian taste. It was for English and German people, with beans, eggs and ham for breakfast and other things that harm your healthy.

My stay at the Rondo Hotel was excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay extra for TV or air conditioning, unlike other hotels. The daily towel change was a nice touch. The hotel even provided a free travel iron when ours wasn't working. it was a nice and comfortable stay.

We stayed for a week here and enjoyed this!

Building is fairly old but refurbished

I keep coming back to this hotel for my holidays. They have everything I need - luggage storage, 24-hour reception, poolside snack bar, restaurant, and more. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors. It's a perfect place to stay with fantastic amenities.

Outstanding meals, variety, freshness. Excellent reception and staff assistance. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Lovely Christmas and New Year gala dinners. Memorable evening, friendly staff.

Value for money was excellent, with good sized and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the Yumbo Centre. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The Christmas and New Year gala dinners were memorable, and the all-inclusive bar drinks were better than expected. a wonderful stay and I will definitely return.

The double room in Playa del Inglés at the Rondo Hotel is absolutely perfect for families like ours. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, from a balcony for enjoying the view to a well-equipped kitchenette. It was so comfortable and homely, we felt right at ease during our stay.

For us personally, the decor in the room was a bit too plain. But hey, that's just our opinion and some people might actually prefer the simplicity.

Just spent a fabulous Easter break at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable with great amenities, including a fridge and an amazing view. The location was key - just a stone's throw away from the beach and some great restaurants in the area. The all-inclusive option was definitely worth it, with varied food options ensured that everyone could find something they liked. The pool was also well-maintained and a great place to relax and soak up the sun.

The drinks available at the all-inclusive bar were pretty limited and some were not great quality. The other downside was that the room cleaning service was a bit inconsistent, with some days being very thorough and others not so much.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The TV channels were mostly in Spanish and German, with limited options in English.

There is a lack of coffee options after 9 pm, and the hotel could do with some upgrades to keep it up to date.

Had a lovely Easter break, great weather. Loved the clean and spacious rooms, they were regularly serviced. Delicious food with various dishes to choose from, particularly enjoyed the fresh salad bar and the tasty grilled fish. The hotel's location was perfect, a short walk to the shopping malls and a handy free bus service to the beach. The pool was excellent, clean and had enough sunbeds for everyone, it felt like a good place to relax.

The entertainment was not great, a bit dull compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The staff were friendly but sometimes appeared understaffed, making service slow at times.
