• El peor hotel en México

  Nada funciona, los ascensores son peligrosos, el aire acondicionado no funciona, las habitaciones son del tercer mundo y la comida no es para los pusilánimes. Estuve aquí sólo por una noche y me cambié de inmediato. Me quejé con el director quien me dijo que escribiera todo para que así el pudiese discutir el caso con los dueños. Parecía que el dueño ya había escuchado todo eso antes. Esta crítica es simple y sencilla – no vayas a este hotel – lo vas a lamentar en el momento en el que te registres.

  Fortuntately for us we did NOT experience cockroaches in our room, dangling wires, dirty sheets or filthy bathrooms. The beds were so hard I thought I had dislocated my hip by the third night of sleeping on them. Approximately 35% of the poolside and beach furniture is broken. Our TV looked as though it had fallen from its mounting with the cracked lower left hand corner. The balcony looked as thought it could fall off the side of the building, the pool was clean enough but very outdated. The only reason we stayed was because we had been given a coupon for a weeks' stay for only $300 and the room passed the cleanliness inspection. Portions of ceiling had fallen to the floor in the bathroom below the pool deck, water remained sitting on the floor of the women's bathroom so it iwas out of order the entire tiem.

  Keep the resteraunt and it's employees and also the great bellboys, but as far as management. They had a 6 foot high lamp cover in the lobby near there desks used for laptops.

  Standing there was Jesus Juarez, the manager, AND a security guard!

  Not only is it extremely dirty, but most of the hotel staff were ignorant and rude.

  The only thing good I can say is that it was in a good location and the room had a great view of the water.

  My wife and I made reservations at this hotel and decided to give this hotel a chace even after reading most of the bad reviews. First of all the elevator did not work and it was a long wait to get one that did work.

• The food was good, but the offerings were the same every day while we were there.

  My wife suffered a broken foot at a nearby restaurant and the doctor in the hotel responded beautifully as did all the wait staff. The "Goucho" seemed a little pricey and geared to a younger croud than us old folks, so we ate several times in their family restaurant "Bugaliciuos" or some such name. They have the friendliest waiters there who give the worst service we've ever experienced.

  I will say that the hotel is in a GREAT location.

  The second night wasn't so great, My room actually got broken into while i was laying in my pJs on my bed. When i told the manager at the front desk, he said there was nothing that they could do, and didn't even ask if i wanted my money back.

  Excellent service, clerks, bellboys and valets were very kind.

  Just one elevator working, journey room-beach/lobby can take up to 10 minutes! Horrible food just ate breakfast and had enough of it. Room furniture is old and its covered with wall paint. Bathroom tiling, tub and toilet are old and look dirty, no matter how much you scrub it dirt simply stays there. Parking system is tortuous; 30 minutes wait your car.

  The people at the front desk are rude. The hotel room was gross! In light of the recent shootings in a hotel lobby I cannot reccomend this resort or Acapulco.

  I had a reservation showed them a printout with all the confirmation #s. The room was already paid for but I had to take the downgrade and pay cash because it was a holiday weekend and I had no choice. The people at the front desk , Martha and her supervisor, Guillermo are the rudest thieves you'll ever meet.
