Great location, dann Carlton Barranquilla is amazing and the prices are very good.
The location is good and hotel El Prado is THE classic hotel in Barranquilla.
Hotel del Prado, is one of the greatest places to stayin the city, great location, great service, good food and yes the rooms no matter which one they are all confortable and clean, thats what you expect from a hotel right?
The view from the room was actually quite good and service at the hotel was great.
The rooms could use a little redocrating and the tile floors throughout the hotel really should be replaced (marble would be nice).
The rooms were rather simple, the food at this one was good.
The rooms have been renovated, the pool is really nice.
In addition affordable internet as well as many cable television channels and good food.
Bad things: the restaurant has the same menu day in and day out and its just ok food and service.
The included breakfast was one of the best I have had.
The prices are very good, the service is personal, and the manager speaks excellent English.
The interior area around the pool is very nice and the staff is wonderful.
The pool area was nice and the staff was attentive to all my needs.
The common areas are fine, the hotel is perfect and the service is excellent.
Furthermore the lobby is well appointed and the staff is amazing.
I could not find any thing that I would change other than the pool water is to warm.
There are many nice vintage aspects to the hotel including a manually operated elevator.
