Overview

The five-star El Minzah Hotel features prestigious location in the center of Tangier, close to the Jardins de La Mendoubia.

This historical complex opened in 1930 by John Crichton-Stuart the fourth marquis of Lord Bute features fountains, orange trees and a charming atmosphere.

The spacious 140 guest rooms and suites are completed with elegant oriental décor and air conditioning.

There are five dining venues that serve delicious international and Asian dishes.

The business center features lectern, projection screen, large TV screen, multimedia projector, overhead projector, microphones, public address system, wireless internet access and photocopying service. Three meeting rooms can host up to 250 people.

Guests may relax at the El Minzah Wellness Center with 2,000sqm of rejuvenating space offering the sauna, steam bath, a Turkish bath, swimming pool, a beauty shop and Venus bar, fitness classes, aerobics and aqua gym, as well as stables for horseback riding and four tennis courts.

Staff were attentive, friendly and rooms were clean.
The hotel was overall a good place to stay in, staff were attentive, friendly and service we had lunch at the restaurant by the pool and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory.
Tranquil terrace for having a drink, enjoying daily swims in the fabulous pool.

S luxury in the center of an old town, a superb hotel and the staff were very helpful polite and kind. The room had parquet/wooden flooring was warm an inviting and the restaurant was traditional and the food excellent.

Great location too, lovely hotel and staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. The breakfast service at the restaurant was very efficient too.

The interior of the room was tired and badly in need of renovating, internet was 80 MAD for 1 hour, very expensive, dinner was nice no problems at all.

The view of the port and of spain in the distance was fantastic, the stay has been extremely pleasant and the staff were very nice and helpful. The food was average at best as was the service.

The location was good, hotel staff gave excellent service and reception was very welcoming and hospitable. Our room was stylishly decorated and furnished in beautiful Moroccan fashions, breakfast in a nutshell was a disappointing affair, spa was superb.
