Dominated with Mexican style features, this four-star luxurious property combine traditional warm hospitality and first-class amenities, including free parking and a swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

All 120 non-smoking rooms and suites feature elegant furnishings and contemporary décor. In-room standard fittings include satellite TV, generous bathrooms and kitchenettes.

The grounds and the beach were beautiful, the pool area at the Granada was quieter as were the rooms. The hotel staff were amazing and the reasonable prices were greatly appreciated. Service overall was excellent and the beds were awesome. The food was good.

Beach is just across the street and location is excellent. Mazatlan is great for cycling, the cleaning staff is very friendly, and nice, our rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Wonderful restaurants, avoid the all inclusives and facility itself are well maintained.

The beach is one of the best to walk on and you can go for miles, the restaurants in the area offer a good variety of food. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond comes to service, the new rooms are beautiful, all the pools are heated in the complex.

The beach is fantastic once the tide goes out and Mazatlan is such a great city. The place is basic at best and the staff and service is very good. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, the pool is heated and sheltered for the cooler days, are not too many.

The beach is nice and the pools are great, the location is excellent and one has access to all the amenities of the larger El Moro resort, our rating is no more than a 3 star at best. The rooms at the el cid are cleaned by friendly and hard working staff, the food is fantastic and the service is amazing.

The buffet lunch overlooking the beach was the best, our room had a beautiful view of the garden area, and had the extra bonus of a kitchenette, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The service was good, the water was wonderful also and the ala carte restaurants gourmet and Mexican were amazing. The pool was great.

Great location and good value. The staff were awesome and after staying in our beautiful room at the Marina the Granada was horrible. The omelettes for breakfast were incredible and the pool was quiet and warm.

I loved the buffet by the beach, great food even greater location and the service is excellent from the waiters. The rooms are more than good enough and best caesar salad you will ever have. The pool is awesome.

We really liked that place, very helpful staff and our Room was very big and clean. The bar service was generally pretty good, pedro at the Italian restaurant was fabulous and the pool at the El Cid Granada was very warm and nice and private.

The atmosphere at this hotel was great for family, the staff were exceptional and the room was very clean and cool. El ahmbra buffet by pool was just ok, the Italian was very good as was the Mexican.

The staff were great and the room was clean and Functional. Carlos in the castilla buffets was especially charming and welcoming.

The hotel was old and the music was not loud and very nice to have by the pool.
