  The best restaurant was in the bottom of the hotel and the entertainment staff were great. The rooms were fantastic.

  And excellent balcony, clean kitchen and dishes, best food in Mazatlan at 3. The pool is beautiful too.

  Good bus service and the El Cid Moro tower is were we stayed, we had a very nice suite. The location is fantastic, Mazatlan is Great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean spacious, the Mexican show at the Castillo is wonderful as was the food and free drinks, the locals said better to go November through July.

  Just returned from a week at the el cid el moro tower in Mazatlan and the ocean was warm. The view was nice, the hotel was clean and none of the computers in the VERY HOT lobby worked properly. The staff were excellent, the employee was soo helpful and a/c, fans, tv and showers worked very well.

  We just returned from 5 days at el cid moro tower and the town WalMart was big and had a great bakery. The ensuite tub/shower had a window allowed a view as well, the hotel was clean and front desk was rude, we got treated better by the server by the pool. The beds were comfy too, food were excellent and best beer was the Modelo, not Corona.

  We experienced the very best at the el moro tower and the cowboy restaurant across the street and North was great too. The view from our room was awesome and the service we received from the hotel staff were fantastic. Our suite was fantastic, spacious, food was good a la carte, especially seafood items and the pool was beautiful and heated.

  We loved being near the pacific ocean, great Views and i stopped in Mazatlan after a business trip to central Mexico. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are very nice and airy, alcohol is also included and the drinks were very good. The French fries are awesome and the pools are huge.

  I liked the big windows that opened up to the beach and view are beautiful. For travelers interested in an active vacation, Mazatlan has a lot to offer, the staff is really friendly and feel like family, the restaurant is nice. For another great dinner, hop in the shuttle and go down to el cid marina, the pool is HUGE.

  The room was clean, big and had a great view, the hotel was nice. Staff were always pleasant and a/c, fans, tv and showers worked very well. Drinks were very good and the pools were excellent.

  The beach area at el cid is wonderful, the city hotel street will be fantastic in a couple of years and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Live music you could go for a nice cocktail and the pools are great and there's loads of pool chairs.

  The food is great, the rooms are clean and the location is great, el Cid El Moro Towers is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is wonderful and the pools are nice.

  Great starter hotel for Mazatlan and staff were wonderful. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet was good.

  The pool area was very crowded, the towels in the kitchen were stained and dirty looking.

  We just arrived home from 7 ntes at the el cid el morro, great Place and the staff were very friendly accommendating. Internet connection was really good, the restaurant choices were varied and the waiters were wonderful.

  The city had no reported cases of the flu and don't to my knowledge, the beach lounge chairs were sometimes crowded.
