Although everything was very good, some of the staff were particularly busy.

The double room was spotless and functional with super views from the balcony, so that guests had essentials. Particularly good and beautiful location to the main La Herradura beach, I truly enjoyed my stay.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Best Alcazar in La Herradura. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with two comfortable queen size beds. The balcony provided a good amount of space and offered a great view. The buffet restaurant had a good selection of food and the staff were helpful. The Spa was excellent, with a hot steam room and sauna, as well as a nice indoor pool and two jacuzzis. I really appreciated their policy of limiting the number of people in the Spa to avoid overcrowding. And the best part? The spa entrance fee was only €8!
I felt right at home at Best Alcazar and had no complaints at all.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel exceeded all expectations. I truly enjoyed the clean room. The location was stunning as for me, not far from a hill walking to seafront and the sea, marina and complex. There was a poolside restaurant nearby.

Terrific service, recently renovated double room with great Sea-Marina views as well as the balcony. Stunning and incredible location, easy walk to everywhere. Next to the cafes, the bay in Almunecar and far away from the beach.

Location: the hotel was very close to Costa Tropical and Best Alcazar, the beach and the port and the cafes. The breakfast selection was great with other nice Spanish food. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the pool bar. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in La Herradura.

The staff is good natured here, the services are great, and location is amazing just next door to a lovely Marina with nice bars/restaurants, the distant Cerro Gordo tower and the main La Herradura beach. The food is outstanding and delightful.
