Location is great on the lake, the hotel is quite modern, and the bar and restaurant areas are spacious, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
The hotel is right next to the gardens are absolutly beautiful, the rooms are very nice and clean and are serviced on a daily basis.
We booked one of the lakeside views was definitely worth, the bathroom was clean and we had little to complain about during our stay, the staff were all friendly and the service was good.

Great position in Queenstown and convenient to Town. Overall a very nice hotel and front of house is astute and prompt. Service is friendly and the concierge is helpful and can help you organise all kinds of tours. Room is clean and comfy, the food is pretty good too.
