Friendly staff and was able to get a room hours before check in time.
Good outdoor facilities inside hotel area, for several years i stayed elsewhere in manila because i did not like the room assigned to me and the Chi spa was an awesome experience.

Excellent location and great stay. The lobby is huge and very well done in terms of interiors, staff service are very noticeable and remarkable. Beds are soft, and bathrooms are clean, the breakfast in the morning is one of the best I have ever had.

Near ortigas centre and family friendly hotel. Staff were charming and professional, room was spacious, the elevators were fast, everything was clean. Food buffet was pretty good and pool was nice and there's a kiddie slide too.

Reception areas sparkled and had great times in the foyer garden bar, the whole hotel was too big as a result personalized service was seriously lacking. The staff at all facilities was very professional, room was comfortable well appointed and clean, the food was also very good. The chi spa was very nice.

The fitness area is about a good 4000 sq and the food at this hotel is great. The staff in garden cafe are sure nice people esp and buffet breakfast has wide variety of choices. The pool is excellent.
