There were a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the room, liked that. Plus it was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable.

Overall very very good breakfast with many different fruits and sweets and very good service. Location just off the main shopping street, shopping area and the center. And a few steps away from a shopping mall.

Good and beautiful location - not very far from Eski Mosque. Walking distance to main shopping street and a shopping street across the street.

The staff was useful - we would stay here again. The room was fashionable and good-sized with a wonderful bathroom and extremely comfortable beds plus a very big balcony as expected. The location was excellent - next to shops, cafes, restaurants as well as the very city center👍👌

Excellent little and fabulous place, ideal base for shopping. Magnificent and unbeatable location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a shopping mall.

Throughout the day staff were useful. The a twin room was good-sized and well-appointed, with central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV. Liked nice design. The free parking was right by the hotel, good service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the City. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see and do within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Chem at the reception who went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious choices for all tastes.

The WiFi was a bit slow on higher floors.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and I must say it was an excellent choice. The value for money was outstanding and the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spacious, with great facilities and even a very big balcony to enjoy the views. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast was diverse, with options to cater to all tastes. Additionally, the location was perfect, right in the center of the old city, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Immaculate king room with views of street. Absolutely perfect and favourable location, far away from “ Palace ”.

The room was sterile, rather small and cramped, and breakfast was not very creative.
