Fantastic!!! Don't miss - if you ever have the chance to spend a night (or more) it is an absolute must. The house is amazing, the rooms just wonderful - we would have loved to stay longer. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a great breakfast! Providence is a nice and vibrant city - we are looking forward to come back!

The Edgewood Manor Inn provided excellent value for money. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with stunning antique furniture, including a large working fireplace that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The attention to detail throughout the inn, from the ornate mirrors to the brightly-lit chandeliers, created a truly elegant atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered delicious food, particularly the mouthwatering blueberry muffins.

There was no water to drink in the room and there were no snacks or sodas available. The lack of a tour of the room upon check-in was also disappointing.

The innkeepers, Kenny and his wife, were delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Kenny even went out of his way to find dinner options for me and my son, who have food allergies. The breakfast provided was abundant and delicious, prepared by the talented chef, Joy. We enjoyed chatting with her. The location of the B&B is great, with no parking fees and away from downtown traffic. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Edgewood Manor B&B.

We had a great Easter break at a historical bed and breakfast. The rooms were beautifully appointed with stunning antiques, and a spa tub with a skylight. Breakfast was included and the omelettes and fresh fruit were divine. the location was convenient to both Providence and Newport.

The heat in the rooms during warm weather was uncomfortable, and the lack of adequate air conditioning made for an unpleasant stay. the old and creaky pipes made loud noises throughout the night making it difficult to sleep, leading to a somewhat frustrating experience.
