  Great location and comfortable place. Good price too, friendly Staff and the room was clean and we had a reasonable amount of room. The pizza was excellent.

  Microwave and fridge in room was nice and there is a beautiful view of lake superior, this place is great. The water is very warm.

  The views of the lake are beautiful, the hotel always offers some kind of deal to us Canadians and the room I had reserved is spacious and nice, we had stayed there before.

  The pool area was clean, dry, tables and towels available always, the hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The fridge and microwave were great, the breakfast was very good.

  Great steak place down the street, highly recommend and the rooms are decorated in a fun theme and were very clean.

  Friendly, courteous staff, beautiful Room and complimentary breakfast had lots of variety and lots of tables.

  The hotel was filthy and our awesome patio overlooking the park was also dirty. Also the elevator was slow and tiny, pool smelled really bad.

  Service was good and staff were helpful, our room faced outdoors and there was a HUGE gap in letting in cold air, in the morning, breakfast was included in the continental cafeteria upstairs.

  Long line, very hot in the room, the breakfast was only fair at the best.

  Your staff were rude inconsiderate and unprofessional, the pool was wonderful, the sauna was the same good old sauna.
