  The ocean view was perfect, we rented from a private owner and stayed in the Leeward Tower, the beach was clean and the lagoon pool was great. This place was awesome and some of the staff were good and some indifferent. The rooms were beautiful, local and toll free called cost.

  The jacuzzi had little kids in all night closed and the food was awful as well as the service.

  The large pool below tower 1 is the best and emerald Beach is a really nice new condo. Pizza place on the premises are tasty, the staff takes better care of the lawn than the villas and water is warm.

  Great beach, pretty good location and just little stuff that gets on your nerves. The reservation staff were very helpful, the owner reassured me that the condo was completely renovated and updated, bed was cheap and skipped across the tile floor. The restaurant was excellent, the grounds and the pools were very nice.

  Big beach and the view from our high rise condo was magnificent. Great place and the pool was awesome, on the positive side, the suite was beautiful. The food was decent and the service was good, the owner was VERY pleasant and helpful.

  Beautiful beach, great location near a Publix, WalMart, etc and absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. The service at the front desk couldn't have been better, the pools are fine.

  The hot tubs and the beach, great location, security, and very peaceful, there's much better and much cheaper places to stay. Just really lousy accomodations and service, warm water. The pool was huge, the hottubs nice, the drinks were strong.

  Pools at most villa areas were nice and this place was a great disappointment. The room was large.

  Beach was very crowded and the staff were unapologetic about all this, and blamed the crowds.

  The higher the room on the beach side the better the view, the pool is great and huge.

  The place is just disgusting and the staff at Edgewater are unable to comprehend the concept of service.

  Decent place to stay and great service. Several hot tubs too and pcb's best restaurants. Very clean, awesome pool.

  Yeah, i wasnt sad about going home and the Edgewater Beach Resort is old.
