Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was difficult enough to carry up all the luggage without elevator.

Almer Bauernkasten, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We appreciated our stay, and we do recommend the hotel.

Unfortunatelly after many years when we were visiting hotel's restaurant as the best one in the area this time the service and meal was mediocre (or even below).

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Location-wise, it was perfect - right in the center of the village, next to the charming church. The staff were always helpful and friendly, which really made a difference. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the hotel facilities are great. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was really delicious with a variety of options.

Maria Alm is a beautiful location, the hotel is in the centre of the village & we had a fabulous balcony looking over the church - very peaceful. The room was large and luxurious, there was good storage for our bikes & we were given a card which entitled us to free use of the cable car (for even more spectacular views!) and the nearby outdoor swimming pool. The food was superb - I don't eat meat so they prepared me a potato & sauerkraut dish for only €5 and I had the best dessert ever (curd strudel)!

The spa was nice and relaxing, and the sauna was a great way to warm up in the cold weather. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the hot drinks were tasty. The hotel was in a good location for skiing, as it was close to the slopes. The staff were polite and friendly.

The room was small and cramped, making it difficult to relax. The decorations were outdated and the furniture was uncomfortable to sit on.

The rooms are fantastic, modern, clean and big... Breakfast is really good... Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, grandes, modernas. El desayuno es muy muy bueno.

The balcony is beautiful but you share it with other room, that is not good.

Great location right in the heart of the village and just opposite the church. The bus route is also conveniently located. The bathroom and room are modern and spacious. The staff is helpful and friendly, always happy to assist. The breakfast has a good variety of options and is delicious.

The soundproofing is poor, and noise from surrounding areas can be heard in the rooms at times.

During my business trip, the breakfast offered was great, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also convenient as it was close to my meeting place and other business destinations. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The beds in the room were uncomfortable, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's rest. the room service was not up to par, as I had to request multiple times for fresh towels and amenities.
