  Find hotel very satisfactory and i have two suggestions: the first is that internet should be free in rooms since one cannot be obliged to work in the lobby. In addition the location is good and blaak station making very easy to travel. The staff are excellent, the bathroom can be small or can be reasonable and the breakfast cannot be better.

  House keeping requires to be improved in my opinion, the message for the charging fees not clear and checking to make sure that there is sufficient toilet paper.

  Good value for money and nice barman en reasonable prices. Convenient location to shopping district, not far from the Central train station and between the 2 gigantic towers on the small Manhattan. Rather silent side-street and pleasant decorations.

  The staff was very friendly about looking for alternatives and rooms were bit noisy. All elevators i saw in nederlands did not have a closing door so you passed by the walls going up and breakfast was very poor. Local facilities were a little sparse.

  The location was very good, this hotel was a great bargain and for the price we paid midweek. Moreover the staff was friendly and all the receptionists I spoke to were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable, the maid left clean towels in a bag hanging on the outside of the door and the buffet breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The local sliced cheese on offer was very dry.

  Location was handy and everything was great in the hotel just i had some problems. Staff members were very friendly, room was spacious and the breakfast was also good.

  The location was very good, made our stay in Rotterdam enjoyable and the staff were immensely helpful. Internet was free, breakfast was amazing.

  The location is excellent and convenient transport because the Rotterdam Slaak train station is nearby. This is a nice hotel, the rooms are decorated in a modern style and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Internet access available and at least the coffee is good.

  Very well located and near to trams. Good position of the hotel, price not too bad and free internet in the lobby is a nice plus. Staff is friendly and the cleaness of the rooms is excellent.

  The rooms are large and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable bends and pillows, 2 chairs, a desk, free safe, television (with BBC 1&2 for UK visitors), and a mini-bar. A good offer the hotel runs is unlimited high speed internet connection in your room (bring your laptop) and unlimited movies for around 20 euros for 24 hours. The bathrooms are clean and fit for purpose, the walk-in shower is nice and very large. The lobby area is beautiful; nice marble and comfortable chairs with a selection of European newspapers and magazines. The best facility in the hotel is the free high-speed internet- there are four terminals and they come in very handy. The staff are excellent, friendly and as I was looking for a property they helped with maps and area advice.
