The location was excellent, the hotel was just.
Very convenient location and quiet place.
The location was excellent and we only had dinner in the hotel was fine.
Good location, the hotel has a fairly nice restaurant Van Buren and the staff were excellent - all of them.
Parking is available underground for a fee.
Current rooms are nice size with two twin beds, no coffee or tea service in room, good size bathrooms with shower curtains and good quality towels.
From the time we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room + bathroom were clean and spacious.

The staff very accommodating, the room was warm even in very cold weather and the breakfast was excellent.
The restaurant in the hotel receives high acclaims but with so many great restaurants within walking distance, we decided to experience Spinosa, a great little restaurant with fine food and service.
Room was clean and the restaurant food was excellent.
A nice restaurant, again the staff were very helpful in explaining the menu to us in english.

The staff were cvery hospitable, the only complaint was the room was small and a number of computers were available for guests in reception.

To access the parking go west past the hotel entrance and turn right.
Take the next right into the alley and you will see the parking garage door on your right.
Very good service, clean rooms and the foyer offers you a wide selection of newspapers.
