Rooms are clean and there is a variety of rooms going from a basic bed where you share a bathroom to the apartments that have their own hot tub.

We were charged $325/night for our room, which had a full kitchen, a large bathroom, bedroom with double bed, and a living room with a pretty comfortable sleeper sofa.

Had a room for @ $150/night, (tax inclusive) for a full sized bed private bath, the shower opened directly into the bedroom.

Trouble was that the air conditioning unit was right above the head-area of the bed, providing for uncomfortably dry-aired sleep; the bedrooms leave something to be desired - beds were not comfortable.

From semi-private rooms with a shared bath to the jacuzzi suite, each room is perfectly suited to individual travelers!

The restaurant right next door has an amazing Key Lime Pie French Toast for breakfast that is the best thing I've ever eaten before noon!

The hotel also has a neighboring restaurant (Azur), where we had an EXCELLENT breakfast that we enjoyed at a 20% discount because we were Eden House guests.

They give restaurant and bar suggestions that are away from Duvall, and we found our best times following that advice.

They recommended Pepes for breakfast and it was great food!

She has also told us where to find restaurants she recommends where we have had the best food in Key West.

Front DEsk staff knowledgeable about the area and will make reservations if you need them to.

I can't say enough about the front desk, maintenance and cleaning staff.

The pool was just cool enough, and quite refreshing, while the jacuzzi was just warm enough, and the spa settings were INCREDIBLE.

The pool was very relaxing and the jacuzzi was the best.

On days that we lounged around the hotel we would jump from the beautifully surrounded pool to the jacuzzi and into the hammock.

Only down side, and very small, is the wireless did not work with my earthlink account.

Geeks say the hotel needs a better wireless system geared for multiple users.

The rooms are spotless and the pool is always clean.

The room was impeccable and greeted us with a pleasant clean and fresh smell (the first impression of smell is so very important to me in how I percieve a hotel room).

The staff were very nice, my room was very clean.
